Hyatt Place Miami Airport-East, a hotel situated nearby the Miami International Airport, has officially opened. The 135-room property was built by MIA LeJeune LLC, a joint venture led by Coconut Grove-based firm Mayan Properties, Concord Hospitality and Travelers Hotel Group. Raleigh, North Carolina-based Concord Hospitality will manage the property. Construction began December 2013 on the $21 million development.
