Restaurant Week 2011

Restaurant Week spans three cities, Kingston, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, and this will give diners more opportunities to share in one of the island's most celebrated culinary experiences.

Categories

All participating restaurants will offer a choice of pre-selected three-course dinner menus. Restaurants will offer three-course meals (appetizer, main course and dessert) in one of five categories:

  • "Tasty" dinner menus are $1,450
  • "Savory" are $2,000
  • "Delectable" meals are $3,300
  • "Epicurean" experiences are available for $3,800 and
  • "Nyam and Scram"

The warm summer night escape at the Devonshire provided the perfect backdrop and intimate setting for Chef Theo's launch of Great House Caterers on August 30, 2011. Aside from the clean, chic, modern design- tonight was all about the culinary creations of the young chef. Panache Jamaica has had a longstanding relationship with the culinary chefs of Jamaica and we once again welcome the infusion of young talent from Chef Theo Smith.

There are lots of twists and turns in the smartphone market. Occasionally, some really good phones just fall through the cracks. Let's call these The Collectibles -- a handful of phones, years in development, that arrive or are set to launch, but instead they get cut down at their prime or doomed before they reach their full potential.
